Full sub-contract from main contractor, who has a 6-month delay, and with direct payment from LTA. This road widening was specifically for MHA complex, which was officially open on 8 August 2001. we achieve great success by completing the project in 9 months’ time (the contract duration was 12 months) setting a benchmark for our construction philosophy.
