Ms. Annie Gan founded SCB Group (formerly known as Jian Huang Group) in 1996. The Group started as a subcontractor for building works and developed into a prominent Design-and-Build Main Contractor for the industrial sector, focusing on ramp-up warehouse construction. Ms. Gan also introduced rental and leasing services for construction equipment. In 2022, Ms. Gan established a company specializing in Renovation ID carpentry work.
Ms. Gan serves as the Chairperson and is responsible for guiding the company’s positioning, direction, and policy measures.

Founder and Managing Director

Mr. Lee, along with Ms. Annie Gan, co-founded SCB Group (formerly known as Jian Huang Group) in 1996 and has held the position of Managing Director since then. He oversees the Group’s local and overseas operations and is responsible for strategic planning and positioning. A major milestone for the Group was venturing into Design & Build of the industrial sector in 2002 and completing the Jian Huang Business Centre in 2009.
Mr. Lee holds an MBA and a Bcs (Hon) in Computer Science from the United Kingdom, as well as a Mechanical Engineering Diploma from Ngee Ann Polytechnic. With over 25 years of experience in planning, managing, executing, and innovating in the construction industry, he has recently taken on roles in regional business development, including designing, project management, and property management, as part of the Group’s business model diversification.
Executive Director

Mr. Gan currently holds the position of Executive Director at SCB Group (formerly known as Jian Huang Group) and has been a valuable member since 2005. He has successfully overseen major projects with contracts valued at over $600 million, having worked his way up from Supervisor to his current role. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing project management and safety across all ongoing projects, encompassing building work and infrastructural development. His expertise extends to structural and architectural work, as well as MEP trades. With his extensive experience, our projects are handled efficiently and delivered on time.
Finance Manager

Ms. Jiang holds a degree in Finance Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting. Prior to joining SCB Group (formerly known as Jian Huang Group), she accumulated 10 years of experience in the banking industry and 20 years in the finance sector, with over a decade spent at a multinational corporation.
Upon joining SCB Group, Ms. Jiang assumed leadership of the Finance Department, where she plays a key role in financial planning, control, and management across all business units within the group.
