Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of shop drawing with coordination of consultants in architecture field from details engineering phase through construction phase.
  • Submit general drawings as per project delivery schedule
  • Site measurement & meet up with clients & various parties to have better understanding what they expected.
  • Tender, fabrication, assembly, installation drawings, submission, maintain Records
 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Civil & Structural / Building
  • Min 3 years experience in construction field

Responsibilities:

  • Lead / manage the team of QS, Tender and Procurement Department

  • Prepare / review tender documents / Letter of Award / sub-contract or documents

  • Coordination with consultants / clients

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building or Quantity Surveying
  • At least 8 years of construction experience
