Our Managing Director, Ms Annie Gan, is a winner in Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2007, a reflection of her achievements in the 11 years since founding the company.

SCB Group (formerly known as Jian Huang Group) of companies are certified as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and in OHSAS 18001 organisation.

SCB Building and Construction (formerly known as Jian Huang Construction) have registered with the Building Construction Authority (BCA) as an A1 CW01 General Building Contractor and as a B2 CW02 Civil Engineering Contractor.

JH Projects have registered with the Building Construction Authority (BCA) as an A2 CW01 General Building Contractor and as a C1 CW02 Civil Engineering Contractor.

JH Builders has registered with BCA as an B2 CW01 Building Contractor.

Jian Huang Construction won the Enterprise 50 Awards in 2006 and 2007 and was also included in SME500 List in 2007 & 2008 and SME1000 list in 2010, 2011, 2012 & 2014. The company was also listed in FG50 2008 for achieving superb cumulative annualised growth rate.
